Fairfield Police Department investigated an incident at 8:24 a.m. April 16 at Fairfield Middle School. A 14-year-old female of Fairfield was arrested at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave., charged with false reports (incendiary or explosives).
