ALTOONA (AP) — Police in central Iowa say they've uncovered a home-growing marijuana operation with 200 plants.
Altoona Police Chief Jody Matherly says officers executed a search warrant at a house Wednesday night and found an intricate system for watering, heating and growing plants. They also found cultivated and packaged marijuana.
