MARSHALLTOWN (AP) — Marshalltown Police are searching for an inmate who did not return from work release.
Waterloo television station KWWL reports that 40-year-old Casey Eugene Sheriff never returned to the Marshalltown Work Release Facility on Thursday after his shift for the day was done.
Sheriff is serving five years for domestic assault. He began his sentence in July 2012.
