4-H program hosts day camps in July at county fairgrounds

Jefferson County Extension and Outreach Office held summer day camps during the month of July. Camps were held 10 days throughout the month, with a total of 249 kindergartners through sixth graders in attendance. Each day of camp had its own theme, and campers participated in games, projects and activities that related to the theme.
