The Mini-Sprint Trail Triathlon took place on Saturday morning at Waterworks Park in Fairfield.
The event consisted of a 250 yard swim, a 6-mile bike ride, and 1.3 miles worth of running.
Swimming kicked off the event. Once out of the water the triathletes continued on by hopping on a bicycle and biking for six miles.
