Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported an investigation of stolen property, possession of stolen property, fencing, etc., early today. Joseph Allen Bibby 26, of Douds, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. today; Michael Paul Bibby 27, of Ottumwa was arrested at 12:50 a.m. today; and Amber Dawn Ladoucer 24. of Ottumwa was arrested at 1:45 a.m. today, all at the same Libertyville location.
