The Wildwood Invite took place Thursday in Pekin.
Fairfield, Van Buren and Cardinal all competed on what was for many teams the first meet of the year.
Pekin’s Austin Fariss finished second with an overall time of 17:52, which was 39 seconds behind winner Dillon Timmerman from Mediapolis.
Seth Dickinson of Van Buren and Ben Boender of Fairfield also made the top 10.
