The Jefferson County Retired School Personnel met Wednesday at SunnyBrook Assisted Living.
The guest speaker was Gene Luedtke of Fairfield, who presented “Antiques and Memorabilia,” a program about the history of the soda bottling industry in Fairfield from 1877 to the 1960s. Of special interest was his collection of soda bottles used at various factories in the area. ...
