Fairfield Police Department arrested Darrell Roberts Jr. 34, of Fairfield at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday at the law center when he came there to have his guns returned that had been seized. He was arrested and placed in jail on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, prescription drugs.
