OTTUMWA – Local law enforcement have recovered stolen vehicles and arrested two men on burglary charges.
On Dec. 31 at about 4 a.m., the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of McCarroll in Kirkville.
