Verne Ramsey of Birmingham will teach “Get the BUZZ!!!”, a beekeeping class, set from 6-8 p.m. on Thursdays in February at the Jefferson County ISU Extension Office on the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Fairfield.
Ramsey’s instructions will include how to care for bees throughout the year, diseases, pests, harvesting honey and more.
The class is $5 for adults and free for high school and middle school students.
