FAIRFIELD WOMEN’S CLUB GARDEN DEPARTMENT Fairfield Women’s Club Garden Department will meet Thursday at the McElhinny House, with Julie Johnston serving as hostess. Coffee and social time begins at 9 a.m. Phil Simmons, RC&D consultant, will present the program at 9:30 a.m., followed by a business meeting conducted by President Donna Clark.
