Fairfield Police Department arrested Austin Taylor Janssen, 42, of 1010 North B St., at home at 9:45 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police investigated at 3:07 p.m. Thursday a report of theft from 1015 Southview Drive.
