Iowa State Patrol reports Sean A. J. O’Carrol, 19, of Fairfield, was entering Highway 34 from No. 210 on-ramp, westbound, at 7:40 a.m. March 5, when he lost control, ran off the road to the right and struck the bridge. He came to rest on the north shoulder. No injuries were reported. He was wearing a seatbelt and driving a 2000 Hyundia Elantra. The car had an estimated $4,800 in damages.
