Fairfield Police Department arrested Robert Knapp, 55, of Fairfield at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday, at 200 N. Fourth St., on a warrant for fourth-degree theft.
Nicholas Andrew Hovorka, 15, of 401 E. Washington Ave., was cited at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave., for minor using tobacco.
