Jefferson County Sheriff ‘s Office responded to an accident at 9:36 p.m. Wednesday. Yicen Man, 25, of 1103 South D. St., was driving west on business Highway 34 when she drove onto the shoulder east of Parkview Care Center, over-corrected and slide into the south ditch.
