SERGEANT BLUFF (AP) — Communications services provider Long Lines has been sold to South Bend, Indiana-based Schurz Communications.

Average retail gasoline prices in Iowa have fallen 3.9 cents per gallon since Jan. 12, averaging $1.93 a gallon Monday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 2,036 gas outlets in Iowa.
