OSKALOOSA (AP) — A 20-year-old Oskaloosa woman has been arrested in the slaying of her 18-month-old daughter.
Oskaloosa police and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation say Alicia Ritenour is charged with first-degree murder and child endangerment resulting in death. Jail records said today Ritenour remained in Mahaska County Jail. Online court records don’t list the name of her attorney.
